Standard Support Rates
Based on the 'Assistance with Self-Care Activities - Standard' line item.

Provider Travel
We charge for the time it takes a worker to travel to you, capped at 30 minutes within the metropolitan area.
Standard Labour Rate
Participant Transport
If we drive you during your shift (e.g. to the shops), a per-kilometer rate applies to cover vehicle costs.
$1.00 per km
Establishment Fee
A one-off fee may apply for new participants who have at least 20 hours of support in their plan.

Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP)
Think Pathways is compliant with the TTP requirements set out by the NDIA and charges the TTP rate for applicable services. This allows us to maintain the highest quality of staff and training.
