By accessing our website or engaging our support services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Think Pathways (ABN 74 169 269 966) provides disability support services in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards. By using our website or signing a Service Agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services & Agreements
Specific support services are governed by individual Service Agreements signed by the participant (or their representative) and Think Pathways. In the event of a conflict, the Service Agreement takes precedence.
- Eligibility: Services are available to eligible NDIS participants and private clients.
- Scope: Services provided are strictly those agreed upon in your Service Agreement and Schedule of Supports.
3. Cancellations
We adhere to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements regarding short notice cancellations. Generally, a cancellation fee of 100% applies if a service is cancelled with less than 2 clear business days' notice (or as defined in the current NDIS Price Guide).
4. User Conduct & Safety
We are committed to providing a safe environment for both participants and staff.
Mutual Respect
We do not tolerate abuse, harassment, or discrimination towards our staff.
Safe Environment
Participants must ensure their home is safe for workers entering the premises.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Think Pathways is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of our support services. Our liability is limited to the re-supply of the service or the cost of having the service supplied again, as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
